Back in the 90’s when the underworld bullying of the film stars was at its peak @iamsrk was THE ONLY star who never gave in. “Goli marni hai mar do, par tumhaare liye kaam nahin karoonga. Main Pathan hoon.” He said. He’s the same today.”
It is a known fact that Bollywood was under the tremendous pressure of the Underworld. The Underworld threatened many people. It was when Gulshan Kumar, a T-Series mogul, was assassinated. Shahrukh Khan also got a similar threat through a call from Abu Salem.

According to this discussion, Abu Salem wanted to force SRK to work in the movie made by his Muslim friend and filmmaker. Khan replied that he had been working with Aziz Mirza, Abbas Mastan, and Mansoor Khan already, all of whom were Muslims. Salem responded in the following words, “Log bolte the tu bahut proudy hai lekin tu bada sharif hai. Abhi police ki zaroorat nahin tereko. Main nahin maroonga.”
